Aaron J. Sebastian

My name is Aaron Sebastian. I am a Founding Partner at The Victory Firm. I proudly serve the natives of Colorado and Arkansas. I grew up in a small town called Buena Vista Colorado. After high school, I went on to Colorado State University-Pueblo to further my education and athletic career. I played football for the Thunderwolves from 2014-2017. I contributed to two conference championships and one NCAA National Championship. The Name "Victory" highly resonated with me, because at the end of the day we are here to win and be your champion. My Legal career began in 2017 when I got my first legal assistant position, where I served Pueblo in all family and criminal matters. After I graduated from undergrad at CSU-Pueblo, I worked as a litigation Paralegal, at a wrongful death law firm in Denver, Colorado. As a paralegal I learned the importance of building a strong case. What issues to press in a deposition, what issues to let go, as to not draw extra attention to them. I was absolutely obsessed with the practice and sport of law. I knew I had to go to law school. At William H. Bowen School of Law, in Little Rock Arkansas I clerked for several top Criminal Defense law firms. I learned how to prepare for court, how to research the opponent's next move like I did while playing college football, and how to be a bulldog in the courtroom when necessary. Since law school, I have practiced primarily Family Law and Personal Injury Law. I practiced family law for about a year. It was very helpful to get me into the court room and sharpen the tools I would need for the rest of my career. Since then, I have been practicing Personal Injury law. I have studied the jury verdict reports, I know the case law. I know the statutes forward and backwards to be the champion of your case. Every great athlete will tell you, to perfect your craft you need to study your opponent, to be dedicated to your form, and have an effective game plan. I approach your case the same way. I study prior cases defense counsel has had, I have looked at their social media, I know everything public about them. I know the law and how to prepare the facts to have a winning argument. From the first meeting with me we will begin culminating your game plan for the best success in your case. It's the sport of law that has made me so passionate about it. My name is Jason McLeod Kidder, and I am a highly respected attorney based in Little Rock, Arkansas. I am a Founding Partner at The Victory Firm, PLLC, serving the people of Arkansas and Colorado in personal injury matters. My passion for fighting for my clients was born when I began my career practicing criminal defense litigation. I was drawn to that work because I wanted to be a warrior against the injustices, unfairness, and major flaws in the criminal justice system. My law partner, Aaron Sebastian, introduced me to another injustice that needed to be fought: bad insurance companies that don't want to pay a dime to the injured people they owe a duty and responsibility to make whole for their injuries. To fight the insurance companies, Aaron and I decided to put our passion, knowledge, and resources together and open The Victory Firm to represent personal injury clients in our home states of Arkansas and Colorado. That decision came with one goal in mind: to be the best law firm for our clients, not the biggest. My approach to representing my clients is very simple. Every case is different, every client is unique and important, and every one of my clients deserves the best representation possible. The insurance companies and their lawyers will not outwork me. I go through every piece of evidence, every record, and every bill with a magnifying glass and a fine tooth comb. I leave no stone unturned when it comes to getting my clients every dollar they deserve in compensation for their injuries. I am a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and before attending law school, I attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Finance and graduated with magna cum laude honors. After graduation, I was faced with the decision of going straight to work or continuing my education. I chose to continue my education and earned an academic scholarship to the William H. Bowen School of Law in the heart of downtown Little Rock. I graduated from the Bowen School of Law with magna cum laude honors, all while working full time and being a full time father and husband. Since earning my law license, I have built my practice on the belief that clients deserve a lawyer who treats their case like it's the only one on my desk, because to them, it is. Whether I'm cross examining an insurance adjuster's expert or standing beside a client at a hearing that will shape the rest of their life, I show up prepared and ready to fight. When I am not in the office or in the courtroom, I am a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful children. My family is a source of inspiration and motivation for me, but most importantly, they serve as a reminder of what is at stake for my clients and for their own families and loved ones who have been hurt.
